Medici XD: The Gallery Dining Experience - Creative Director
The Gallery Dining Experience in Downtown Los Angeles, was an immersive culinary journey that blended storytelling, technology, and interactivity into a multi-sensory environment.
In the main dining area, I oversaw media development and projection design, integrating interactive tabletop content triggered by IR cameras and custom-trained machine learning models to track hand gestures and physical props in real time. These responsive surfaces created playful, personalized moments between guests and their environment.
Using traditional motion graphic and ComfyUI workflows, my team and I generated adaptive visuals that evolved throughout the meal, syncing with the narrative arc and pacing of the service. We developed choreographed sequences between media content and live performers, ensuring that every moment felt fluid, immersive, and alive.
In the bar space, I designed a 3D-printed cityscape—brought to life with over 90 synchronized screens and custom color-changing LEDs—to simulate the energy of a bustling, stylized metropolis. Guests could glimpse surreal, looping moments of urban life: a cat-headed burglar robbing a bank, pursued by dog-headed police officers, in a whimsical narrative that played out in vignettes across the miniature city.
This experience was a fully integrated fusion of art, tech, and hospitality—pushing the boundaries of how we eat, drink, and engage with the world around us.

The story centers on El Shusito, the legendary daughter of one of Mexico’s famed gunslingers and Japan’s most elusive ninjas. Their forbidden love birthed her—a warrior whose skills brought peace to the land and whose harmony inspired joyous celebration.
