- Led ride programming animation using a custom pipeline that bridged Maya and Unreal Engine. Animations were authored in Maya, reviewed in VR using Unreal for spatial and timing accuracy, then exported to the ride control system via a custom script for seamless handoff to the on-site programmer.

- Directed and captured live-action performances for integration into the skeletons and ghosts characters
- Developed custom character rigs in Maya for both skeletons and ghostly dancers. Primary motion was driven by motion capture, with layered detail and secondary animation integrated directly into the rig systems.
